Mineola has all kinds of spcial events in all areas of town. Some are sponsored by private orgainizations, the Mineola Chamber of Commerce and the City. Annual events like May Fiesta, Music in May, The Mineola League of the Arts Quilt and Art shows, 4th of July Fireworks, 5K Runs, Disc Golf Tournaments,  the Mineola Fire Department Rodeo, Iron Horse Festival, seasonal Pub Crawls, the annual Veterans Day Parade, Purse Bingo, Magical Mineola, and so many more!
